The March meeting was a great time of sharing. Lauren Sugerman from Wider Opportunities for Women out of Washington D.C. and formerly with Chicago Women in Trades shared some of her experiences that would help women be successful in the construction industry. We also had a journey woman share her experiences regarding training and work hours commensurate with male counterparts.
